WAY OVERPRICED FOR AN EARLY ACCESS GAME!

Early Access is simply intented to give those interested in the game a chance to experience it in the state that it currently is, and whether you want to participate in developing the title is completely up to you. If you don't want to, that's understandable and completely fine. If you so wish, you can wait until the game is completed and then buy it for a steeper price. That way everybody wins, right?

Absolutely! We’re currently improving our online code, and we’ll make multiplayer available as soon as its robust enough to be enjoyable.



EEK, IT’S A BUG! WHERE CAN I REPORT IT?

Please do it in the Bug Reports section of our community forum at community.bugbeargames.com. Before reporting, please see if there’s already a report for the same issue and make sure to read the reporting instructions outlined in the sticky post. Again, while we appreciate reports it’s in no way your duty to report bugs.



YOUR GAME RUNS LIKE A DOG, ANY IDEAS?

Even though our engine is designed to run on low-spec systems as well, using the highest visual quality settings and maximum number of AI cars is taxing. In case you're experiencing poor performance, you should try to reduce the system strain via the game's launcher. Try disabling ambient occlusion, dynamic reflections or lowering the number of AI cars and visual quality settings. Especially if you’re on a laptop it’s also possible that your primary display adapter is not detected by the game.



MY PRIMARY DISPLAY ADAPTER IS NOT DETECTED BY THE GAME!

Most likely you need to create a profile for the game in the display adapter settings and make sure the profile is set to use the primary display adapter. If you're using Nvidia Optimus, create a new profile in the Nvidia Control Panel under 3D Settings/Manage 3D Settings for the game, and make sure that 'High-Performance NVIDIA processor' is selected as the preferred graphics processor in Program Settings. For AMD users, the process is pretty much the same. Furthermore, if your laptop has an onboard switch for selecting between Stamina and Speed modes, make sure that Speed is selected; the primary displayer adapter is available only in the Speed mode.



THE GRAPHICS ARE ALL MESSED UP AND ALL I CAN SEE IS WHITE!

You have hardware antialiasing forced enabled, please disable it in the display adapter control panel.



THE DAMN GAME IS NOT WORKING

First of all, please verify the integrity of the game cache to make sure the game is correctly installed. If the game still doesn’t work as expected, please try searching for a solution in the Support section of our community forum at community.bugbeargames.com; quite often there’s already a solution or a temporary workaround available. If you come back empty handed, please make a post with as much as information as possible including your system specifications, and we as well as our friendly community users will try to help.
